Return Policy
We hope that you love your items from The Chartreuse Moose, however we completely understand that sometimes it does not work out! Please read our list of rules and requirements to make a return.
Please look over your order as soon as it arrives! If you think you have been sent incorrect items, received a defective item, or you are missing items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out as soon as possible!
We have a 14 day FULL REFUND return policy, meaning upon receiving your item, you have 14 days to request a return. Once those 14 days have passed you are still able to make a return for STORE CREDIT ONLY. There is no possibility for return after 30 days.
All returned items must remain unwashed, unworn, and with the original tag(s) attached to the clothing.
The customer is responsible for shipping and handling of any returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non- refundable.
Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.
Please note that during and around holidays, returns will be delayed, but we will get them processed as soon as possible.
SALE ITEMS:
Merchandise purchased through the sale tab, or during a sale is considered FINAL SALE. In the case merchandise is oversold, you will be refunded for only the missing inventory.
