Shipping policy

The Chartreuse Moose processes orders within 1-4 business days. (Monday- Friday) 

All orders ship from Cairo, GA. USA

Shipping:

Standard shipping: (under $100) - $6.95 - 3-5 business days

Standard Shipping: (over $100) - Free -  3-5 business days 

Expedited Shipping: - $14.95  - 1-3 business days 

Local Pick-up- Free 

  • Delivery times are estimated AFTER shipping and based on business days (Monday-Friday) This does not include weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) or holidays. Weekends are not considered shipping days by mail carriers. 

 

Processing Times: 

Standard Shipping: Once your order is successfully submitted, our team works hard to get your order packed so it can be on its way within 1-4 business days. Standard shipping is sent through USPS. 

We ship all orders are quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days and around / during the holidays. 

Please note that we do not ship on Saturday, Sundays, or Holidays 

The day the order is shipping, does not count towards the shipping business days. 

Expedited Shipping: Ordered placed before 12pm CST it will ship out the same business day. If an order is placed after 12pm CST, it will not ship until the next business day. This does not include weekends, please note if the order is placed after 12pm CST on Friday, it will not ship until the following Monday. 

Missing Packages: 

Please allow 24 hours from the time the shipping carrier shows your package as delivered for your package to arrive. 

Please reach out to our team via email, phone, or social media messenger within 5 days of the tracking showing that your package has been delivered, with tracking information to further assist. 

If a package is not delivered due to the incorrect address being provided at the time of purchase, The Chartreuse Moose is not liable for mis-delivery. 

 

The Chartreuse Moose is not responsible for the following:

  1. Delays with mail carriers. (UPS, USPS, FedEx)
  2. If a package is shipped back to us due to an address issue. 
  3. Lost, damaged, mis-delivered, or packages marked as delivered.
